Workforce Solutions Borderplex

El Paso–area employers may qualify for the Upskilling Program for Small Businesses, which covers up to $10,000 per employee toward training, materials, and testing. Businesses contribute a matching share based on size: 10% for companies with 50 or fewer employees, 25% for 51–100, and 50% for 100+. Training must be completed within 3 months, and employers commit to promoting trained employees into higher-skilled roles with at least a 1% wage increase within 90 days.
